Becky Rovik, entrepreneur, seamstress and designer has been designing and making special occasion dresses since her teen years and has always been on the lookout for ways to express her creativity. During her college years she worked along side her aunt and grandmother altering bridal wear. During these years she learned a great deal about the construction and fit of these garments. In her late 20’s, when her first child was born, she left the corporate world and started her own home-based business. The majority of her alteration work came by referral from the top retail bridal shop in the area. Within the first year, solely by word of mouth and because of the quality of her work, she began receiving requests for custom garments. Because this is something she has always had a passion for she would take custom work even when her schedule was extremely tight. She now has more than thirteen years of experience as an entrepreneur in the bridal industry.
Becky has lived in Southeast Wisconsin all her life and currently lives in Silver Lake with her husband, Randy, and four children, Ben, Sam, Ellie and Julia.
